The housing needs of the people who call on me are very different. Some wish to live in a bigger home, decide to downsize, need a single-person house or decide to start a family and need more room. Expatriates and foreigners have specific requirements whereas senior citizens and mobile elderly have other needs and require housing with an elevator. Satisfied clients regularly have engaged our services for the second or third time.
